Welcome to the American Society of Appraisers - Real Property Chicago website, a working group of the ASA Chicago Chapter for appraisers practicing under the real property discipline. The American Society of Appraisers is a multi-discipline, non-profit, international organization of professional appraisers representing all appraisal disciplines. All Real Property members are State Certified or Licensed professions required to follow national uniform ethical standards in the valuation of real property, which insures the protection and preservation of public trust.
